You Guys aren't funny

DUDE!!!!!!! Some of us have to work everyday damn recession, Looks like i missed out hopefully we will get a big dump for the shootout.

We left y 2:30 was it after that? It looked a little brighter up there but didn't want to get socked in and not find our way back out.

Not to mention avy danger was nuts and weboth still have yet toget beacons(i know i know)

And then my recoild took a dump back at the truck so i'm down for a week.

But the meadows were awesome for boondockin yesterday. Got there early and crawled threw sugar pow all morning. We had couple short sunbreaks down low too.

How far did everyone go up yesterday? I thought I heard a turbo behind railroad from the meadows!

Yeah, there were a couple of turbo Apex's that seemed to follow us where ever we went.....then the area would get chewed up so we'd move and they followed us. Thought we lost them when we made the pull up Baker pass but along they came. We dropped down to the horse barn and finally shook them. We were the only people over the left side all day. Went up to the steps by the lookout then finally dropped the grade.

Fug I wish I was up there again today!

Man you guys really got around!

Yeah, today the weather is way better than I thought it would be. Would be nice to be there again.

To bad I'm beat and my sled is at steel dreams AGAIN......

Nice newer sled, all Klim gear but can't afford the piece of equipment that will save you or more importantly your friends life???:face-icon-small-sad I know you stuck to the meadows but ever looked up the side of the road? It could slide.. You could hit a stream area in the meadow and dissapear.. Someone else a little up higher could be in a avy and have people come ask you to help..BUY A FRIGGIN BEACON!!!

Hey Flakey-

PM me if you want a Brand New DTS Tracker. I'll hook ya up. It's nutz to ride without one.

In order to save my friends life he'd have to get one to first off.

I expected someone to reem me about the beacon thing........

Haven't worked since december and my sleds been to the shop 3 times this season. I have been meaning to get a beacon this season but can barely afford gas lately. The Klim and (newer)sled came before work took a crap.

AJ- I PM'd you.

Flakey, I don't know you but I hate to hear you're at Baker or anywhere else for that matter without a beacon :yell: . I live in Everett not to far from Arlytown, I have three beacons that you're welcome to use anytime that I'm not riding, there yours until you can afford to buy new. Shoot me a PM and we'll talk, I will be riding later in the week but its been very spotty this year for me. Randy

Hey ReTodd we actually weren't following you, the only area that had visibility is where we were at the time and when it cleared up we too went over towards the look out until we ran low on fuel. Mayby next time we will ask for permission to ride the areas you are in..........

I was just playing around and figured you'd read that (I apologize for my sarcastic sense of humor)...theres enough mountain for everyone so no worries. Be careful who you follow though, cause you sometimes end up in places you don't want to be and if you get ****ered, how were they supposed to know you where there and in trouble?

Rt

Funny chit there! ;)

:hurt:

Baker's closed so no pass for you Van....I can tell you we ride to get away from crowds and if some yahoos were following me from one side of the mountain to the other on their 600 lb cows I'd get a little annoyed too.

I guess you didn't read my post either, we were over there due to visibility reason not to follow any one. We would have been over on big house by ourselves but the avalanch conditions were kinda high so if everyone was in the same general area thats just to damn bad, deal with it. As for the 600 pound cows seem like the only ones that complain about them are the ones who don't have them.

Are you kidding me?

I hope that if Im got in a avalanche my buddies don't go to the meadows looking for more help, Flakey you did the right thing staying in the meadows I don't know if i would of been able to in your situation especially if i saw sun up higher.:face-icon-small-win
