Something about the way I hold my feet while carving makes me particularly adept at packing the inner side panels full of snow.
I decided to "farmer" it and try this out prior to my last trip. I was surprised how well it worked! Zero snow on either side!
Everybody should have the materials on hand... the foam is the closed cell stuff Polaris protects the running boards with for delivery. A couple zip ties and fishing skills to thread them through..... no more frozen block of ice around your belt drive!
