I need a line on food grade/quality containers.
Along the lines of milk jugs but more sturdy kind of like vinegar jugs. Or like bulk salad dressing type things. My brother is gonna try making maple syrup this spring and his great plan is to use the old containers that our dad used over 15 years ago. That doesn't sound so hot to me.
So if anybody works in the food service business or knows some place that would have an abundance of these container types let me know.
