Fogging Rx Goggles

We just got a pair of RxGoggles for the wife they work great when they don't get fogged. So does anyone have some ideas on how to prevent them from fogging? The RX lenses and the Goggle Lenses Fog.

What brand of prescription goggles does she have? Pro-Vue? Smith or Scott? Does she have the quick strap attachment? Several of us have them and have no issues... you just quickly unhook and leave goggles hang on the side of your helmet when you stop to talk.. Hook them back up just before pulling away after stopping.

I never have any fogging issues with mine and I have been wearing them since 1998. They are were a god send to me. I can't wear contacts..

Wonder what is causing them to fog... ???

fogging goggles

I took sum scuba diving classes at one point and the instructor told us the best thing that he had found was to spread a thin layer of toothpaste on googes... I know it was for scooba diving but i tried it on my google last year and it works awsome i could stop adn talk and not have to take my goggles off never fogged up on me. just spread thin layer on rinse untell tooth paste is not vissabel and let dry over night. should be good to go next morning

I had pro-vue goggles. In powder, the snow would get in from the cracks of the snap on lens so you had snow caught in the middle of the lens and glasses insert. This is worse than fog. Contacts are the only way to go.
