FLY riser problem

I've got a 2005 Summit with a fly riser block and recently purchased 9 in fly risers. I Used locktite on the bolts themselves and snugged them down as tight as possible evenly at first, and the first ride they slipped on me. Next I tried using different stronger bolts, which also stripped on me. The riser block is slightly worn but I'm not sure if thats the problem or I'm just installing them incorrectly. I tried different combonations of tightening starting with the back bolts first and then the front, and also evenly tightening both bolts with no luck. If anyone has any ideas on what I can do to snug these risers up I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks:confused:

what does the horizontal bar that connects to the bottom of the riser block look like?? Does the the t post have grooves in it??? If it doesn't, i would recommend taking a die grinder and a cutoff wheel and make some.......do the same thing to the inner radius of the riser block.....the grooves of the t post and the riser block will mate together for a no slip fit.

Thanks for the input, the t post does have grooves but they are slightly worn. I might just throw a new post on for the heck of it, and ill try filing some grooves into the risers.

I have the same problem with both of mine fly dosent care. where the riser sits on the tee post the contact point is not level you have to file down the inside untill it sits flat then try again.
