Floe trailer hubs

Anyone have a Floe trailer with the oil filled hubs? My owners manuel only shows hubs with grease nipples. Was wondering how much oil I need in the hubs and what should I use? Probably should do some maintenance before the wife and I go out to Wyoming.;):beer; Thanks

Floe says 50WT minimum 90wt max so I bought a quart of Castrol synthetic 50 wt.

There is a minimum maximum line on the clear plastic cover.

Just need an allen wrench to remove cap and fill.

Recommend fill and add new every 40,000 miles.

Just a personal note to let you know the oil may "find" its own level.

On one of the wheels oil will leak out and stay between the min and max level. Been doing this for 10,000 miles. The other hub oil level stays where I originally filled the oil.

Manual download for Floe trailers http://www.floeintl.com/trailers.asp?pageName=downloadPDF&cat=TOM&type=trailers

The design of these prevent ALL oil to leak out with a seal failure. There are groves in the hub to keep some oil in there. I guess ALL the oil might leak out if you stand the trailer on its side.

Know where I can get a couple Quick Loop tie down locks cheap?

Just call up Floe and ask....they have lots of time right now. Word is that they are having a tough go, cutting down to a 4 day week among other things. Should stand to reason someone has time to help ya out.
