Float X Evol Fronts

Set of gen 1 Fox Float X Evol shocks. 17.3" overall length, 5.3" stroke. Includes bushings for 8mm and 10mm mounting bolts. Serviced annually and have about 200 miles on them since last service. Valved for aggressive rider. Was running them on a 38" Arctic Cat proclimb front end, but switching to the new geometry and the top reservoir will not clear the new top a-arm so sending these down the road. Might fit other makes/models but it's up to buyer to verify dimensions. Currently has black/green decals, but new decal kits with different colors can be had for $20. Will add photos soon.

No dents, just some abrasion around the eyelets on one shock. See pic of the worst one.

Nice shocks. I had the same issue with new cat front end and Hygear can get the correct caps to run these with the new cat geometry. Was not very expensive to do. It rotates the canister. Just throwing it out there. I am sure any shock company can get the caps.

I was trying to work with Carver to get that done and they could never seem to find the right part number to do it and I gave up. I'll give Hygear a call. Thanks!

Edit: Just talked to Hygear and it's over $400 in just parts to do the conversion on the gen 1 and gen 2 shocks. So these are still up for grabs.

Fit? Yes. Ideal? Probably not. I think the 40" front ends have 17.8" long shocks specified so these would be about 1/2" short.
