float plate

They are in production right now with the first run at SPG (Skinz Protective Gear)

Worth waiting for... Very heavy duty frontal protection.

They should be with the dealers by Chrismas

Here is a pic of the first one off the press (literally :face-icon-small-sho) prior to final trimming.
My camera is a bit off on the color reproduction... This orange goes well on the Assaults.

Just an FYI - the ones that cover more area around the A-arms drag in the snow and actually reduce sled roll agility in deep pow (lots of info on this on Dootalk); personally I feel the stock ones are superior because they're cut out around the A-arm area for that specific reason. Leave the wide skid plates for the flatlanders!

Have FUN!

X2 on this i have found this out personally!!

I trimmed mine narrow!!

I was able to use the Float Plate off of our old IQ sleds for our new PRO's. I am going to go back and trim them down, and re-install the skid plates I made for the IQ A-Arms onto the PRO A-Arms.

More of a skid plate for stumps, rocks, and old mining equipment than for "float" on pow for me...
