Flatlander fun, post blizzard...pics/video

Disclaimer: I know I'm going into uncharted territory posting flatlander stuff on here but thought I'd test the waters! Go easy on us, mountain guys! :face-icon-small-ton It doesn't seem like there's much for pics/videos being posted on here lately - dissapointing! Maybe it's just that everybody is still out enjoying their epic snow conditions. Well not this guy. Not "epic" conditions anyways, far from it...hopefully some of you can still get a kick out of the pics/video.

We had a good old fashioned Manitoba blizzard roll through last weekend, leaving behind minimal snow (~5cm) which was dissapointing, but the winds really kicked up and made for some massive drifts. It was -45 celsius with the windchill but we still got a sweet day of riding under our belts. Six of us bundled up and headed out to pound some drifts. We had no problem staying warm as half the day was spent digging out stuck sleds. The video is here (~35mb, should stream with high speed). Or watch on youtube (crappier quality though).

:D:beer;:beer;:D

I liked the vid being a flatlander I can relate. Have you ever rode in the mountains, if not do it if you get the chance. The first few times we went we took our short tracks, you get stuck lots but we always had a blast. I like that song, I took my daughter to the Three Days Grace, Seether and Econoline Crush concert last friday night.:beer;

i wish we had jumps and stuff like that around here in sd. oh well i'll just have to wait till we go out to the big mountains

That vid of stuck sled is great "if in doubt trench the sob till you hit dirt then repeat" It looks like he has no faith in the snobunji..."maybe if you had 10 bounji's and like three fat kids they would work"...ROTFLMAO.....
