Flashing back to mid 09 map question

Can anyone tell me how to tell my dealer how to find the mid 09 map? I used to have the update page from digital wrench, but I just deleted it a month or so ago since I had the 10 update. When I talked to them they said they would do it no problem , but could only find the 2010 update. Specifically, they wanted the number for it (part?). Also wanted to know which injector color I had in order to know which flash. Not a problem, I know I have yellow but I thought it sounded odd. Even if you know the date Polaris/digital wrench associates with the update might help.

I'm doing the same thing this next week here are the part numbers for the two different colored injectors I was told that this is the first flash after the 09' were released.

yellow injector part # 4012707
blue injector part # 4012706

Here is all 09 map`s. The non us map has little more fuel in midrange.
