I just installed our real fire graphics kit on a sidepanel for Steelhead. Take a peek. Simple and clean way to really turn heads. Will be completing a full sled next week so I'll have pics of that soon:)

These panels will go on my wifes 08 XP. The new black panels and the flame job will really sharpen up the plain look of this sled. I want to change the yellow spings to red. Does anyone know if powdercoating the springs will hurt them? I am sure the temps from powdercoating must get super hot? Will it mess with the temper of the spring steel?

A fellow Alaskan rider named Caleb (Nikolai on the forums) has had his springs powder coated on many of his sleds, in fact, I dont think he rides without powdercoating. He says the coating holds up great, and believe me, he uses all available spring travel when he jumps (more like flying than jumping).

I dont think he has had any problems with them.

Is there something besides ski-doo? J/k My cat riding family & friends will be harrassing us soon enough. Stay tuned and thanks for lookin'

Powdercoating temps is 400f @ 10 minutes.Not a problem for springs.
