Fishing Pictures - whos got some good ones

If im not thinking about riding my sled im thinking about fishing. Ive grown up on my dads charter boat and this year I ran my own boat for my family as the youngest captain in the fleet. This day we had a a really cool group of 12 guys, 6 on my boat and 6 on my dads boat. 4 buts over 100 pounds. Nothing on the rack under 60. Lets see what you guys have. Cheers

I'll see if I can dig up some pictures of my sailfish I caught a few years back.

8 foot not sure of the correct weight but it was over 120lbs they said.

My old man and uncle also caught one on the same trip. Moms had a shark on but it let loose.

I chartered a boat at seward last summer, the guy was a d!ckhead.

next time I go up there I'm gonna do more homework and get a decent captain.

There are an unfortunate amount of those out there. I know Im biased here, but if theres one thing i can sugest is that you get what you pay for to a certain extent when it comes to a charter. When you book you want to stay away from the cheapest guy for sure.

Heres a 57 i cought by myself in a 9.5 foot zodiac. Its tough to net and reel at the same time.

This was a big group of boy scouts we took out.

Nice walleye Switchback. I grew up in Blaine, but have been up here since 83. Get kinda spoiled here for sure. I just pushed about a 45" bull moose about 2 blocks down a city street with my Fedex truck! I really miss the bird hunting back there and as for fishing, believe it or not, the sun fish! Especially when the kids are small and you want something to fish were the bobber always goes down, and what they hook, isnt going to try to swallow them! My little guy when he was about 2 yrs old was casting a small spoon with what amounts to a snoopy rod while I was cleaning halibut. About a 40lb king grabbed ahold of his spoon and mamma caught him just before he went over the side like something out of a cartoon!
