First tracks at GC for the year!!!

So Bruce and I headed up to GC this morning not really knowing what to expect. Drove up to the first turnout and decided to unload. No one in sight. Unloaded in about 6-8" of the white slush. The ride up to the tower only saw more and more snow. About 18-20" on top!

Putted around the roads for a bit.

The usual spots were no where close to ridable! Damn!!

Not even close!!!

Got back to the truck and the Squirrel's had come out of the woodwork!

All in all a good day! I can say that I was the first person to make tracks to the tower this year! Not bad for the first weekend in November!

And what a great way to spend a Sunday!

It was a good day at GC. The snow gods are hearing our preyers. Glad we hooked up and checked out GC today.

Thanks for the call Rob. After 9 days of camping in the snow and chasing around elk with nothing to show for it, I should have gone home early for a little road riding. Glad you and Bruce had fun and thanks for the pics. E
