First Ride Questions? Throttle response and track tension

I just bought a 07 d7 with a ras gas boondocker turbo kit on it. It has the larger turbo on it. I took it out today and it ran good and I ran straight 110 in it and ran it between 8-12lbs of boost. The only thing i didnt like was the throttle response on the bottom end. Towards the end of the day it got worse so i replaced the plugs like the guy who sold it to me recommeded and it improved. I've heard Mountainhorse on here say that too much octane will hurt throttle response and is tough on plugs. So im wondering if I can run 30% pump and 70% 110 race gas or even 60/40 at 10lbs if that will help throttle response and prolong the life of the plugs. Any thoughts????

Also when pushed it up to 10-12 lbs the track started to slip a bunch and I had to tighten it 3 different times to finally get it to stop. It ran great but i have a feeling its way too tight. Have others noticed that with that much HP you need to run the track extremely tight?? Thanks for any input.

I dont have a lot of experience on the turbo'd dragons, but....as far as throttle response: Being that you have the race gas kit with the larger turbo, there will be some lag. Bigger turbo, more rotating weight, more time to get it movin. As far as the track tension, sounds to me like you need antiratchet drivers.....

Sounds like i need to look into anti rachet drivers (not looking forward to spending another $300). What are the downside to running the track too tight, beside requiring more HP to turn it. Will that stress the engine/ clutches/ and drive shaft too much?
