Along with the Gripper skis, you can install a 225# front track spring. This spring takes some weight off the front and makes it easier to turn. The part # is 7041822-067.

I have Powder Pros on mine and love them. I also just took the swaybar off and rode the last two days with it and love it!!!!!! It is so much easier to get it on its side!!! I highly recommend taking the swaybar off if you think it is heavy.

Grippers, Slydog, or PP . Heard good things about all of them. Can only say the first two are good from experience

Limiter strap on bottom hole, Gripper skis or equivalent, and stay in the throttle when turning. Hard habit to break if you are coming off a carb sled. Fuel injection is a lot different.

I have bed elbows, maybe arthritis, not sure. Anyways, I have run the Powder pros on my 07 600rmk, and Powder Hounds. The PP's are a lot more aggressive, they will hold a line anywhere, but in my opinion made it a lot harder to turn, I now have the PH's on now, all last winter also, and they make turning A LOT easier. My buddy has a set of grippers on his 05 900, and they really are a great ski, a little bit more agressive than the PH's, but not as aggressive as the PP's. I can come back from a three day trip and not have my elbows hurt like they did with the PP's on.
