First real ride on my carls cycle 660 build review

Sent from my SGH-I337M using Tapatalk

Looks like your running the 38 side swap it to 40 if your overreving. It pulls harder .

At sea level to 5000 ft the 40 is better, been to 7,000 ft once but didn't try it. I've tried to run the 38 but I have to throw lots of weight at it to work.

So if I am over reving a bit am I better off going to the higher helix angle or going 2g heavier on the weights?? I had almost an inch of marker left on my primary after 200 miles miles of riding, everything from long climbs to wide open meadows.

I have a boondocker race gas kit in mine. 60% 110 40% 92 and it's never had a problem. The turbo kit is basically the same. It's the fueling and clutching you have to get worked out. I would check with Carl's to see if they have a set up for you. My guess is that they do. Otherwise contact Boston racing and he can hook you up I'm sure. He is the one who built mine. The only issue I've experienced from the 660 is that it has a little more lag than an 800 around 62-6500 rpm. Once the turbo is spooled up, it will give an 800 a run for its money.

UGH, Now I need 2 turbos! Good luck telling the wife why the 800 needs a turbo and her 660! But boonedocker now does colored, so she will more inclined to getting a pink turbo to match her pink 660!!!!

road a few of the 660 and are very nice but a stock M7 will still eat them for lunch for less than half the price.
