First portland area to get the sled out?

Whats the earliest spot to test sled out before main snow gets here?

If you are just looking for a break in / road ride there are a couple gravel roads up by Hood that will have some snow to test on. Other then that you are probably looking at heading up south climb at Adams to gain some elevation. I would not get off the road until there is 36" - 48" in that area.

Yes just looking for shakedown run to make sure new parts are good and everything working correctly. What the highest elevation we can access?

Skip Hood, Hoodoo already has enough snow(2ft) for a shake down, going to melt fast with the temps forecasted next 3 days.
