I'm sure this has been posted but finally got to go to the actual store in sd. Bought a few goodies at an awesome deal! Small store but they have tons of stuff in there and if they don't have it on the shelf they have tons in back. If its not in back they will get it for you! Great company to do business with and there helping to keep our sport going. Keep up the good work guys!!!

Yea! I have good luck with them as well. I have had to return stuff and never had a problem either. Never been to their store though since i am on the west coast though. I always stop at their booth at the SLC snow show every year that I go.

I try to stay pretty positive on here, but this one may help somebody out...

I unfortunately refer to them as worst place parts after my items all went onto some back order status and I was NEVER notified in any way. I only found out when I called to inquire as to why they hadn't arrived yet... And at that point was told they were not going to be able to check into it until the following week because everyone had to get sent home early due to a snow storm... Yet there was a person on the phone to tell me that?


A bunch of people didn't get their Christmas gifts until about new years...

I don't recommend purchasing from them based on my experience.

I was going to order a led tail light from them but they wanted $40 to ship a $40 light!!!

I phoned them looking for a VR and an ECU for the 09 IQ Polaris.A real common issue but they had to order from polaris.I instead phoned the washigton dealer south of me on tues and they phoned me on friday saying my parts where in plus no cost for shipping.I would rather pay a few bucks more than wait on these guys.

I have ordered from there catalog and have been to the store several times. spent a lot of money in there especialy this year. Always Always had great luck and dealings with them. Never any hassle on returning anything either. Will do a lot of business there in the future also.
