New 163" Powdermax, swapped drivers to 2.86 (off 440xracer), changed gearing to 20/47(chain is almost straight...no dog leg), updated my running board design to go back to the end of the drop brackets, then welded and riveted the rails for strength (similar to Marcuso's design). Finally, cut stock running boards and extension, fabricated my own extension and welded a new grab bar....Had it out this last weekend with about 12" of new snow and she is a freakin billy goat. I used to have problems on the steeps with the front end coming over on me so I had to suck my limiter all the way in. Now I can let the limiter out which makes her easier to pull over on her side and the wheelies are much more controllable. Just waiting on my 8" billet wheels and I'll be done for now.
She don't look too bad for a sled with 3000 miles!
