Fine silver powder under hood on M7

I pull the M7 out of the trailer to do the pre season maintenance and there is a very fine silver powder dusting all over. Anyone have any ideas what it could be coming from? I am thinking the silver exhaust cover but not sure

Fiberglass from around the pipe clam shell maybe. Vibration will grind it into shinny powder.

A bad roller and weight in primary. I know when one of mine went out there was fine metal everywhere.Something to look at.

I silicone the crack with high temp silicone between the two halves of the pipe insulation cover to see if that helps

I also pulled the clutch and will tear it down and check the rollers. I hope it’s not the clutch because it was a new clutch last season

If you left it in the trailer all summer, it's oxidization on the aluminum, you can stop worrying!
