finally installed perc kit

Had the kit since Oct. finally put it in. goes forward goes backward. doesn't seem to idle right, like its missing.idles slower, Crap! Going to Revy Friday morn and I needs to run. I had whole motor out cleaned it up modded steering post. How do you prime oil pump on this thing I put oil in fuel tank will it start to pull itself?

Did you move the TPS sensor? It may be off causing your issues.
As for the oil pump, there is a bleed screw on the pump body, open it until all air is out. Try and make sure there are no large bubbles in the line from the tank to the pump. Oil in first tank is a good idea too just to be sure. By then any air in the lines downstream of pump will be gone and the suppy side will already be good.

There should be a bleed screw right on top of the oil pump. If your oil tank is full, just loosen the screw until oil flows freely. Tighten the screw. It's good to have the oil in the fuel tank too, just in case.

you need too set the high or low elevastion for yor pers too
hold butten in for 5 sec. light will flash slow for low elevastion 6000 and under
light will flash fast for high elevastion 6000 and over.

I usually take the oil pump right off, grab a drill and make a "deal" that will fit in the shaft of the pump to purge all the lines out of all the air, takes a good 15 mins on high but works well, probibly doesn't help you much now that it is sunday night and you left for Revy already. Hope you were not involved in the catastrophy this weekend...
