HUGE thanks to Feil Motorsports in Wenatchee. Been dealing with a NASTY Mseries issue the past 3 days and with at least 12 hrs under the hood and tearing everything apart 2-3 times...including the turbo. At least 20 calls to Doug at Feil and he answered every time even calling ME a couple times to see how it was going. Always with something different to try or another possible solution. Even answered his CELL when I called with more stupid questions.

BTW- did I mention that I didn't even buy the sled there? NOW THAT'S SERVICE.

I agree!
We called them from the top of the mountain looking for a steering post to a 2009 M8 before and they had it in stock! Didn’t end up getting that one but always nice to get good news and have options from a dealer at the top of the mountain, especially if the sled is broke back in the bush.

Doug always answers the phone and helps me and all my buddies. I will only buy my sleds from him and I live 3 hrs away. He also ships parts directly to my house in record time.

He is definitely the man when it comes to boondocker turbos also!

doug helped me get my m1000 dialed in right before i wrecked it, he knows what works because he has used and tested it, doug is always ready to help even if u didnt buy ur sled from him (like me), says alot about him as a dealer and person, def buy my next new sled from him prolly gonna get a M1100 Turbo next season
