I have a 07 summit and I was thinking about putting a bikeman 880 big bore on it, what are the pro's and con's of this setup? Thanks

I put an 880 kit on my 07 XRS last year. It ran very good. It runs with turbo sleds for the most part. I ride a lot on groomed roads through the Mtn's of north Idaho and Montana with my family. It works well in all conditions and climbs great. It makes a fat guy skinny. LOL.
At the end of season I lost the center gear on the crank that runs the oil pump. It took out my bottom end.
Suggestion, rebuild both top and bottom ends so you don't have to do the top end twice. A piston kit alone was 398.00. I just sunk another 2000 into my sled to fix the 07 crank. That sucks.
In my sled I'm running a Team Secondary. Boyeson Reeds. Bikeman 880 big bore kit, and the header with Bikeman pipe and a HPS can.
This thing rips big time. Do it it's worth the time and money.

Seriously though, BMP 880 is the most impressive(Terra Alps BB a close second) I've seen to date. And it all had to do with clutching/gearing/rider. Pick your poison, just make sure the guy behind the product knows how to tune them other than on a dyno.
