Feedback on buyers and sellers

I would like to suggest a Feedback section under the classifieds so one can leave positive or negative on buyers and sellers under the classifieds. On other sites it is a tool that has really helped in keeping it somewhat better in the fact that the person who is screwing someone over is a bit more accountable as one can post about the transaction and what went either bad or give praise when its warrented.

Needs to be different than on ebay, if you neg a guy for not paying he can turn around and neg you for nothing...

Yes ...anything...what went good or bad....number rating is good or even a spot to just say alls went well or the other way....a lot of other sites have this and its awesome. One can judge by other feedback as to wether or not you want to do business with someone....my 2 cents...
