Feedback on 660 big bore / Kmod / C3 drive

I thought I would take the time to post some riding results on my wife's 2013 ProRMK 600. Over the summer I installed a Carl's Cycle 660 kit with clutching, a Kmod rear suspension conversion with fox floats, a C3 syncrodrive belt drive upgrade, and finally, Evol R's in the front suspension.
1 - Carl's Cycle 660 pulls very hard, comparable to our stock 2013 M800, but revs quicker and is an absolute blast to ride. Carl's clutching and mapping is spot on, doesn't appear to use much more fuel, either. This is a great mod to any 600, and it is so fun to ride, you won't be missing the 800 IMHO. Jackie came off a modded 09 M8, and she stated this package is by far superior.
2 - Kmod rear suspension upgrade: We used fox floats on this sled, and absolutely have no complaints. Ride quality is second to none, transfers weight effectively, works great on the trail, climbing, or in power. Great product.
3 - C3 belt drive. It's nice to have gearing options available (we kept stock ratio with the 660 kit). Well thought out, adjusted belt tension after break in. Runs cooler then the original Quick Drive...
4 - Evol R's: Had to remove sway bar to fit onto sled, so increased pressure to compensate. Running 54 psi / 160 psi, rebound set @ 9 clicks out. Big improvement over the stock Walker Evans shocks, even with a Zbroz spring upgrade...
All in all very happy with the improvements - this may be the most perfect sled we've owned to date - light, handles great, and tons of fun.

Are you running a pipe? I assume you're running a PCV 5 or similar as you commented on the Mapping being spot on. How is performance compared to a 800 Poo?

Thanks for the update. I still have plans of doing a 660 in the pro chassis one day. Glad you are happy with it. The 660s are a blast I had one in the iq chassis and that was a fun sled to ride. Lets get some race results against a pro rmk 800 now lol. :)

Carls reprograms your stock ecu, no extra programmer required. They run the stock pipe. There making there own aftermarket pipe but are still in the testing phase.

No pipe...

ak is correct - Carl's didn't find the pipe provided a significant improvement. They reflash your ECU, so no tuning required. This is a true pull and go setup. Considering it pulls the same weights as a stock 800 (@8200 RPM, 8000') - I know it is making significant gains. Seat of the pants dyno doesn't lie either - it stays with our 2013 M800 S/P Ltd with no effort on the trail or hill. FWIW, the M800 is geared down to 20/49, with a Team Tied & 70g weights - it is no slouch off trail...
