Fedor knocked out Arlovski

3:34 in the first round.

Arlovski was bringing the fight to Fedor and had Fedor a little frustrated.
Arlovski kicked fedor into the ropes and then came in for a flying knee,
When fedor caught Arlovski's chin while in the air and laid him out cold.

Vitor Belfort is back and mean at 185lbs. He knocked Matt Lindland into next week.

Good night of fights.:beer;

Arlovski was looking real good, very fast and powerful striking.

Had Fedor bleeding with in the first minute.

And still.....the undisputed, heavyweight champion of the world!!!!

its to bad aa telegraphed his flying knee...well he shouldnt had even tried it against fedor unless he was rocked....but i have always been an aa fan and he showed he could bang with the best, maybe next time he will tuck his chin:)

I wouldn't call Fedor the undisputed champion untill he beats the UFC champion. I do agree that Fedor is probably the baddest man in the world but Lesnar is big, might give Fedor a fight. On another note..........what did everybody think about Tito doing color commentary and interveiwing? I thought he sucked personally but he might get better.

Yeah Tito sucked it up big time. Just like big John did last time.
Notice he was back to refereeing. He left UFC so he could be one of the face men of Affliction.

Problem is Fedor hasn't fought a real opponent for awhile. Arlovski looked good but wouldn't be considered a top 5 (in the world) heavyweight. They need to get him in with some of the top tier UFC heavyweights.

I agree, it wasn't that long ago the Alovski got his a$$ kicked by Tim Silvia in the first minute, Fedor needs a real test.

How about the two guys who ruled the UFC heavyweight division for like 5 years? Or how about the former interim champ in Nogeria (he has beeten him multiple times)? Fact is that Fedor has beaten 5 former UFC heavyweight champs (Andre, Silvia, , Big Nog, Coleman, and Randleman). And dont even for a second think that Mir would last a round with Fedor. Brock would be interesting from a size and strength category, but Fedor destroyed big wrestlers before in Coleman and Randleman (who were juicing big time). I also would definitely rank AA in the top 5 heavyweights at the time of fighting Fedor, he had won 5 straight with three of them being against real quality guys and had won 11 of his last 13 fights.

There simply is not another fighter out there right now with the complete tool kit like him. He is the baddest dude and best fighter PERIOD walking the planet.

Not sure how they rank them. being Brock is ranked 10th and couture is 6th and Silvia 7th, seems strange. I know Fedor has hadsome impressive opponents and is the best heavyweight around. Just wish he'd fight some of the UFC big boys.

The amount of overall fights play a roll. There are other poles out there(HDNET) that rank Brock # 2 in the world.

Lesnar getting knocked out by Fedor, no way. But I don't think Lesnar would win, yet. Fedor has fought real big guys, but none of them move like Lesnar. The next 2 years should bring some awesome fights in the Heavyweight division.
