T TheHardWay Well-known member Feb 8, 2014 #3 I saw on the CDOT sign just north of Durango that RMP is temporarily open from 6:30-8:30 AM and again from 4:30-6:30 PM, IIRC. If someone wanted to get through, and they timed it just right, it could be done.
