dang..you just might have to get ahold of the fella's at ovs and switch out for the purelogic...but they are all dobek boxes ain;t they..can ya send it to dobek..??
only derrick can do attitudes as they are all encoded per each private label, its him or just send it down to belgrade to dobeck and they can check it out.
also, the actual boards inside rarely fail, its other connections, etc that have troubles and give you fits. grounding and whatnot.
was the box showing any extra lights, etc on it? what have you dont to try and fix the problem? remove? runs ok with it unplugged? is it a boosted box?

i would save your time and just call and ask he can run you through most of the trouble shooting instead of shipping it in circles for no reason.
as for moisture, highly doubt its an issue, today I watched Chris put one in a jug of water hooked up to the test bench and it functioned perfectly totally submerged, i doubt yours is that wet!! lol.
submerged for how long..??..humidity over a few days can be far more penetrating then a dunk for a short duration..
sat in there for at least five minutes. Yes, moisture will cause issues, just not like people seem to imagine they do.

I just went through the same thing, I talked to Deric and didnt want to miss 1 ride so i bought a new box from him and sent mine to dobec , took 6 weeks to get it back now i have a spare fresh from dobeck you might be faster if you can hand deliver it to them , took the first week for them to get the box then after they shipped another week to get it

put it in a bag of white rice zip lock it closed. I accidentally dropped my phone in the toilet , unhooked battery dried it out put it in rice a day later it works perfectly, still using today 3 months later no issues
