Not much down low
I rode F-town canyon today. Toward the bottom was pretty rough on the skags, just not enough snow. However, up top there was probably 2-3 feet and it wasn't bad at all. We just stayed on the trail most the time as we were breaking in a new machine - I wouldn't have wanted to get off anyway because there isn't enough snow, but it was plenty for riding the trail.

I might be in picking the brothers sled up might have to make sure it runs before I take it home
We are planning on heading up too. Leaving Layton 1:00 pm.

I recommend driving all the way to the Bountiful fork. I was throughly plowed today. My skis took a beating. Glad I didn't have my new ones on. The ridge to the towers blown. Wasn't blown away by the amount of snow.. Just enough to make you brave enough to trash your sled..

Got there at 8:30 rode until 11:00 had a great time.
This last snow should provide a good base as it begins to set up.
Still need a lot more snow.
There were several very large avalanches that must have broke yesterday.
I did not see any from today.
Saw some failures where the snow cracked but then things did not actually slide.
Be careful out there!!

Went back to Farmington yesterday.
Avalanche danger was way down.
Just really needs more snow.
Good news - The snow that is up there is a good heavy snow to cover the rocks, great base but now we need the good stuff..

yeah he said The snow was hip deep took a drive in a river bed to find that out. hit some rocks said they had a blast. He is really making me want to get out and ride I hate this stupid shoulder crap he sent me some vids but they are really low res on his phone and look crappy on the computer.
