I'll post some pictures when I get a chance.
This is what I'm trying to sell as a package:

A complete M7 cpc 1000 motor (includes pistons, head, high compression dome inserts, cylinders, blueprinted bottom end, oil pump, water pump, power valves & cables, 4-degree timing key, & v-force 3 reeds, everything except stator, magneto, cooling lines, mag side motor mount bracket, & recoil starter)

Jaws twin pipes, muffler w/ egt bungs welded in already, & cylinder to exhaust mounts w/ grafoil donuts.

50mm aftermarket throttle bodies to replace stock 48mm (no injectors or tps)

Boondocker control box already programmed for around 7k to 10k altitude but will need fine tuning because of possible different intakes, fuel pressures, & ecu's.

I also have an extra head, 2 more HC dome inserts, straight 40 helix (for stock secondary), a set of extra head o-rings, primary & secondary springs recommended for use by Cutlers (don't remember color off hand but will add those when I look at it again).

The bottom end was rebuilt last season and a new top end was put in soon after that. The motor is really strong!! Guaranteed to put perma-grin on your face. I'm asking $3800 for everything plus shipping. I'm only selling because now I'm going bigger!!

Some Pictures finally, and I'm dropping the price to $3500 plus shipping. I pulled the top end off and snapped some pictures, I'll put it back together if the buyer wants but thought they'd want to see internally before buying a motor.

There are some what look like score marks on one of the cylinder and also quite a few on one of the pistons but they cannot be felt with a fingernail. There is also some nicks in the cases under the mag piston that happened when I had a piston come apart on me and took out the crank last season, but it was all pulled apart, crank rebuilt, and cleaned out so there isn't any more debris in the bottom end. The last picture shows the extra parts I acquired over the years that will all be included in the package price.

So what are you going too...Turbo? Supercharger? Watercraft 1200 tripple?
With HC domes how much race ruel did you run? I have LC domes right now?

I ride from about 6k to 10k and would always mix 2.5 gallons of 110 & 13 ounces of oil to premium 91. I did have detonation a few years ago, but turns out that it wasn't the gas at all it was the screens on the smart valves being partially plugged and lowering the fuel pressure. It was an expensive lesson!!

I will be modding the mounts to accept a M1000 motor and then I'll put a cutler 1300 BB kit on it. I've had many people tell me I'm nuts to spend the time and money, but I've already got so many mods to the 141 chassis (and don't want to ever go longer and LOVE everything about my sled, but just decided to take it to the next level), and I acquired a year ago all the electrical from a 2007 M1000 so it just makes sense to me. I'm hesitant to go turbo since I don't want to give up any instant throttle response because of the type of riding I do. The supercharger is a great idea but on a 2-stroke IMO hasn't been proven to work yet, and I'm not willing to go 4-stroke because of weight issues. The watercraft motor is tempting also, but where I've already got the M1000 electrical and the motor will fit with fairly minor modification I'm going to go that route. I'll be starting the mod soon, but need to get a few more parts together first, and then it begins!!
 
Wow that sounds like its going to rip. I have never been around the 1300 from CPC but I have ridden and been around alot of the 1200's They rip!!! I couldnt imagine a 1300!!! Sounds like a fun project and I bet with just a 141 under it its going to fly!

So would you be willing to sell just the HC domes?
 
Yeah, I'd sell them to you since I have an extra pair. They have some miles on them but are in good condition and will work just fine. New they are $125ea, so how about $75ea? Let me know.
 
Honestly I have no idea what kind of power gains you'll get. I've had the high compression domes from day one. You could call cutlers and ask them what they think. Have you advanced the timing with a different key? I know that is worth quite a bit of power for really cheap. You have to be careful in the midrange but once you get use to it, it is no big deal.
 
Wow!! Tough crowd!! Ok I'm dropping it from $3500 shipped to $3000 shipped. The kit brand new with everything I've put into it was over $6000 and that wasn't a complete motor, just the add ons!!
