Cylinders to ehchange.

I have a set of stock cylinders with 3000 miles, no marks on the bores that are ready to use.
What would you consider a fair trade price.
I am in Central Canada. [ Saskatchewan ] figure about $45.00 or less for shipping. Am ready to deal, have been looking for a pair of Struthers cylinders for some time now.
