With the use of the CMD (Combustion Management Device) and we have truly unlocked the potential of the Z1T/F1100 Turbo/M1100 Turbo, XF1100 turbo. The best thing about is its fully adjustable with the addition of a manual boost controller and a boost gauge. To get more power just turn the knob and up the boost. A moderate 16 psi of boost will push the horsepower up to 240.0hp/164.4tq this is as high as you can go on pump fuel 91 octane. To turn it up some more we would recommend the installation of a head stud kit since the stock bolts tend to stretch and head gasket failure will result. The new studs are stronger and are torqued down to 68lb.ft. verses the stock bolts that are only torqued to 50ft.lb. The limit of the stock turbo is 291.0hp/196.2tq at 23.6 psi boost running VP C14+ fuel. The set up fully adjustable any boost between 12 psi (stock) to 23.6 psi and only takes seconds to change on the lake. The CMD map automatically adjusts fuel for whatever boost level your at.

The CMD plugs directly into your OEM wire harness and intercepts signals between various sensors and the ECU. The MAP (Manifold Pressure), TP(Throttle Position) and each fuel injector signal are captured and processed by the CMD to enhance each combustion event. Not only can you remap your injector pulse-width +/- 100% based on the various sensor inputs (with direct injector control), but you can also increase boost. This allows you to develop a map that will match you fuel delivery to your boost pressure maximizing performance.
