Sled started from 2012 RMK Chassis:
Has 2008 CFI4 motor in it, motor was originally in my dragon which had OVS turbo...never had any problems with dragon setup....pulled motor....and had indydan go thru bottom end, new bearings(including rod bearings), pinned and welded crank and had case machined for different bearing retainer clip. Had Fastrax do their turbo port job and stuck new 2012 pistons in it.
Motor also has new stock reeds, Power addictions 12:1 head.
Has fastrax motor plate installed.
Upgraded tubro to OVS tial setup with intercooler.....intercooler has it own cooling sytems separate from motor. Useing front tunnel cooler to cool turbo. Turbo is garret ball bearing with oil lubrication. Didn't update to oilless due to the fact i have a spare center section.
Sled, as stated, started just as a new bulkhead from polaris:
It has Van amburg tunnel and running board setup, Avid extended chaincase and drivers. Kmod full suspension with raptors in the rear and front suspension. I put the Zbroz a-arms and spindles from the 2008 on the sled as i really liked them and they didn't have many miles on them form the gragon.
Fire n Ice venting and cold air intake/headlight delete kit, aftermarket front bumper.
Primary was balanced by indydan, also had witchdoctor clean and flow rate injectors before puting them back in.
I have some spare parts that would go with it: spere center turbo section, extra turbo oil pump, stator, voltage regulator and capacitor.
Here are some pictures....i'm currently pulling things down to double check for wear spots and adjust oil pump as it was setup a little strong.
I will get some under the hood picutres when i get things back together.
Sled was out was out west for two trips and ran good after getting it dialed in. The Kmod with raptor setup is great.
Has burant RSI bars and 156 camo extereme track.
You can go here to see some vidoe of it running...was still tuning both clutching and fuel here so it wasn't running at it's best. but good enough to see it run.
Asking $13,500........would be willing to perhaps parts it out if people are interested in larger setups.....don't want to part it out piece by piece but if people are interested in like the hcassis setpu or motor and turbo setup I may separate if prices are right. Located in Minnesota....I can hep with transportation/delivery. Any questions please aks. Thanks.
