E-Z shift for AC 2006 M7 stock sled

Will these work with RK Tek secondary clutch kit? Also which shim kit would you recommend (SLP shims, etc..) for alignment while working on clutches. Let me know how to send payment to order them.

I think the rkt kit has a different spring that fits in the adjuable holes and would not need the bearing.
