450$ Monoshock rear suspension with 6700 miles from a 2006 Apex RTX. The only things that is not perfect on it that I know of is that their is a bar that goes from rail to rail and it is slightly bent upwards. Also the track tension adjusment bolts appear to be a bent slight outwards, it may suppose to be this way I don't know. The shock has wear on the top from the track, which happens on all 121 monoshocks, at least with the Apex, it is still structurely sound and no big deal. Also the paint is starting to look bad.
Now the good news.
At the end of last year I brought my sled into the dealer and spent 700$ most of it on this suspension. The suspension has all new idler wheels on it with zero miles, Except one of the rear wheels (the red one) has about 50 miles on it. Yes one side is red the other side is gray (only color they had when I needed it). But like I said every wheel is new. Also the shock was just rebuilt and has 0 miles on it. It also was previously revalved by pioneer perfomance.
The skid was greased every 1000 miles and the shock was rebuilt after every season. Overall it is in great shape, and with all new wheels and the rebuilt shock it should be able to go thousands of more miles without trouble. I should also mention I never have had any crack or any defects with the skid ever. The dealer went over it all at the end of last season and I told them to look over everything good and do what they thought needed to be done so it would go for many more miles without trouble.
This is a great trail suspension, it is super smooth and much harder to bottom out with the revalved shock.
It will come with all the mounting bolts, but the only mounting items are pictured below.
If you any questions let me know.
