Do you know how far back the bottom ends are interchangeable? I've got a 2000 700 rmk with a bad crank.

Working a couple different angles on this. Just got a complete top end (new) last night so I am anxious to get it back together.
Some other lifes issues lately so my focus has been elsewhere.
