EZ Ryde install

I picked up a used ez ryde a few months ago and I'm about to install it in my 2013 Pro RMK 800 155. I'm running a CE 2.5 155".
Does anyone have mounting instructions for it? I looked on EZ Ryde's website and can't find anything. Searching the forums does not bring up anything about installation either.
