looking for help putting my ez ryde in my stock 2010 tunnel. not getting much from ez ryde. the brackets dont line up so i am going to make them. looking for pic to help. if any one has done this your input wouldbe helpful. Thanks

brackets dont line up ???

I assume you know that the OEM brackets are not used in installation of an EZ-Ryde skid in the Yamaha tunnel? The skid bolts directly into the tunnel, without use of any "brackets", although it does not bolt in at the same locations as the original Yamaha suspension.

Where did you acquire your EZ-Ryde, and what installation instructions were included?

Ez Ryde does make brackets, they suck. I made them work but the fit was horrible. But that was a couple years ago. I can't believe they haven't fixed them yet..... You can get the install measurements off the web site. On the bright side it's by far the best ride out there. Good luck.

The ez ryde brackets don't fit in a 2010 se tunnel. the rear hole is below the tunnel so you do need a drop bracket unlike the 08 that it came out of. i called ez ryde and ordered what thay said i needed but they were wrong and after talking with them they figured out that they dont have the right brackets. i called outlaw where i got the ez ryde and dustin confermed that i needed a drop bracket and said that they cut the stock one down to fit. i ended up using a set of old timbersled brackets that i had and cutting them down to fit. i used the center rivit hole in the bracket as the mounting hole for the ez ryde. i also had to cut 3/8 of a inch off of the top shaft to fit inside the brackets. it came out clean and seemed to work fine yesterday. thanks for the input and it is a shame that ezryde can make a great rear skid but not have a way to mount it in the tunnel.
