ez ryde help in northern co

hey guys, just wondering if any of you have any experience with ez ryde skids...just cant seem to figure it out.
im willing to take it to someone that can help me out

here is how it sits now and im just lost from what ezryde says its a 151-153 skid andi have triple checked the track from camoplast promises its a 151...its so tight right now just wondering if someone can help me figure out what to do or has any experience
