Not only does their product work but the customer service is great. I broke the front shock on Thursday 12-9 late in the day. (My fault not the Ez-Rydes Fault) Got the sled home and took the shock off. Called EZ-Ryde Friday morning too find out what my service options were. I ended up sending them both shocks Friday express mail. I called them this morning just to see if they had got the box. Christian tells me that they got it yesterday and the shocks are done ready to be sent back. How would I liked them shipped? That in my book is great turnaround. I will be riding this weekend!!! This is not the first time I have called them with questions and they always take the time to answer and explain fully. Great service after the purchase at Ez-Ryde.
