Options for all the guys who ride their mountain sleds as a trail sled ??

i want real world feedback on this. i was going to order this week but i have MTN TK Tunnel coolers on my 800 boosted sled and its a world of difference. I spoke with MTN TK this week and they are in R&D for a cooler and will release end of 23'.

With hearing that i will wait to order the MTN TK Tunnel cooler for Matryx later this year....unless someone can convince me their BD Trail cooler does its job on the bad snow days where cooling is a challenge

How is that supposed to cool anything mounted under the engine where there will be no air flow threw it or snow on it going down a trail? Even with the explanation of how it works, it just don’t see it doing much.

My buddy has it on a 22 850 Khaos and it works really well. He never over heats while we are all pulling over.

Thats good to know someone had good results with it. I guess it plumbs into the coolant line going to the throttle bodies.

I second Chads response, Stephen has had no cooling issues on his Matryx when we all were. I will say, since ice storm scratchers, I’ve not had any issues either.

2022 boost can`t get any where in the morning with frozen trails installed the trail cooler marginal better picked up some ice storm scatchers haven`t had a change to try them yet thinking going to put in a proper tunnel cooler this summer was hoping polaris was going to address it pretty sure a 3.25 with doo style scratchers ins`t gonna help
