I have a 2002 mountain cat 600 efi with a 136x15x1.75 track and I would like to make it a longer track maybe a 151 at the max and a 146 at the least. How would I do that and will it affect the power alot? Do I need new gears or clutches?

I had a 98PS, extended it to 156, made my own extensions, geared down a bit, never, ever, never regretted it.
You should be fine assuming your current setup works properly.

You're totally fine. I pulled a 144 on a stock 440 for a couple seasons when I was younger. Maybe gear down a bit, but that sled can pull a 146-151 no problem.
How much do you weigh?
