Extended belt drive for the 2013 Pro

Here's a pic of the proto type extended belt drive for the 2013 Pro. We will be using C3's belt and gears. It will have an adjuster and protection for the belt on the bottom of the unit. Will keep you informed.

Extended belt drive for 2013 Pro

8.75" The same as our 2011/12 pro case.

Here's the adjuster holder and belt guard. We have it installed on our sled and are just waiting for the pulleys.

Well it's operational. 8 tooth 3" drivers, 174 3" track. I have over 1" clearance between the paddle tips and bulkhead. The track doesn't rub on the front shock cross bar. Steel 2012 driveshaft. Now if it would only snow.

No Polaris has a problem and I didn't want to ruin a trip with a broke 2013 shaft. We put in a 2012 shaft.

How is this different than the 11/12 setup? Can it be used on the 11/12?

The drive shaft is moved the same on both kits. The jackshaft is different as is the brake mounting on the '13. You can use the '11/12 extended case back and c3's belt drive on the '11/12 and accomplish the same thing. The price is the same also. $1600 for the cases , pulleys, adjuster and belt.

Not to change the subject, but can u post up a picture of your tunnel extension kit? Your web site does not show a good pic of the kit. And will this work for a 155 to 163 conversion.

OK, just making sure I didn't miss the boat. I just installed the C3 Extended belt drive on my 11 and now I see a new case for the 13.
