Experienced guy's opinions needed!!

Hey,

I had my 07 boondocker RG TM8 out yesterday for a pretty damn good day until the end... Was also the end of one of my pistons and cylinders...

Lost part of a ring on the Mag side, and totally chewed the head, piston, and cylinder walls

I am wondering what my options are going ahead here...

- Can the head be ported out and re- domed?
- Does anyone make a Turbo head? RKT?
- Can my cylinders be bored and sleeved?
- Anyone running a big bore turbo 8?
- What are some other things I should be doing while I have the thing ripped apart? Don't know yet if I will be slitting the cases...
- Anyone have a cylinder and head for sale... Cheap!!!?

Just pulled my exhaust off the turbine and **** sakes the turbine is all chewed to ****!!! ****!!!!

The whole center section is purchased whole on those 2871's isn't it.... ****

901 d&d kit the only way to go send them all your bad **** get good **** back i seen and rode a 901 bd turbo definitely a fast sled you wouldn't regret it

I feel your pain, did the same thing to my 07D7 w/an Aero. I should have checked the boost controller, was supposed to be set at 8psi. Nope, set at 14+ and at 12.5 comp with AV gas and at 1500ft, not a good combo.

Yep seen their test sled run at fairview, wasnt too impressed at moderate boost levels but at around 22lbs it hauled azz!!!

Call Ken at PushTurbo, I saw that he will take your center on swap/core. $500. Beats 1k+ new. U may check with Silber, too.
