how many guys have plugged the exhaust valve hoses coming off the solenoid?
do you like the performance gains and did you have to change the springs?
Im running a 08 rmk 700 at 3000 to 6500ft and want to try this mod. when we get snow. any input thanks:face-icon-small-con

2007 D7, PC-3 FATTENED up in the mid-range, Works great, mileage same

2007 D-7, NO PC-3, works great, mileage same.

2006 carbed 600, increased performance, claimed loss in fuel mileage,

ALL at lower elevation (1200')

I've done it on a 2009 Assault 800, Riding at around 8k-12k

Butt dyno says it helps. I honestly don't know about the mileage. I don't track mileage because riding conditions effect it more than anything. Sure the odometer says I went 50 miles, but we know that isn't true. Climbing hills having the track spin puts a lot of miles on a sled! LOL

ttt

anyone else have experience with this mod??

i to would like to hear some feedback

done it on all 3 sleds in my sig. same effects as above, its worth it IMO.

plug the lines right off the cylinders...dont loop them together, plug them individaully

I like this mod. Simple low/no cost. Nice improvement in throttle response. Also, gives a peace of mind that the valves aren't staying closed and holding heat around the exhaust port.
