would bypassing the exhaust valve controll unit make the sled run any better?

so do i just hook the valves together with the hose, or do i block them off completly? also do you know any other tricks with this sled its a 06 900? i have the motor out because i had low compression on mag side. come to find out i had a broken skirt on my piston and gouged the jug pretty bad. the only thing that i thought about doin right now is milling the head
dude we can go all day with mods to the 900s...
look at my build threads and youll see pretty much everything there is to get for the rmk 900s....youll be blowing money for DAYS!!
take some time, go through the 578657986 pages of threads, and youll see alot of inputs and whats just for looks, and what worth every penny...
why do you want to mill the head...jmitchell is selling a milled head right now...look in the parts counter thread

and you dont want to loop the ex. valve together, plug them individually! 
i can have the head milled right here in town for like 15 or 20 dollars. i just dont know if im going to have any problems from doing that.

Why? I have seen quite a few guys on here connecting them together.
so do i need to do anything to the controll valve? wont throw any codes if i just remove it completely?

thanks for the input cant wait for this weekend to see how this sled really runs! pretty sure that i bought it with a tummy ache! only rode it like 3 times.

So they can work independently of each other, other wise you have the pressure from one pushing into the other one and visa versa.
that makes sense. anybody have any input on milling head or porting and polishing? i want to make it run better but i dont want to much maintaince.
