Exhaust temp sensor bypass ????

Im going through exhaust temp sensors and dont know why. The stock sensor was in for 2000 miles with no problems. When it went I put a new one in and was good for 300 miles and now its gone again wtf. I run a 08 D8 BD turbo kit at 12 psi. Does anyone know if someone has built a resistor to put in line???

exhaust probe

We have replace one as well. But I was told that race gas is hard on the probes and if your right on the edge with your egt's you will burn them out. We now have a spare probe with us when we go out.
