anyone else having this happen to them? is my motor burning to hot? I'm rolling the Rkt head and pistons 14:1 seems to be running fine

I have run hps and slp cans on 2 different sleds for over 5000 miles and seals still look new. Sounds like it may be more of a vibration problem. Make sure all your springs are there and have some tension on them. Especially the ones from the can to the chaincase and the shock tower.

i'm a non paying member. cant post pics. there is a little melted rubber around the outlet of the can and only 1 ring left of the gasket. this is my second gasket. ?????????????????????? maybe the can isnt seccured thight enuff with the spring from the chaincase. i will relocate.:face-icon-small-dis
