Exclisior BBQ - Feb 21st

Just a heads up.
Mt. Baker Motorsports is going to be putting on a ride for everyone on Feb. 21st. The BBQ will be held at the end of exclisior rd. Just passed where the trail takes off. Possibile prizes.

If you havent got a chance to ride the new 4stroke turbo you should come. I am sure they will have it there for everyone to try. Maybe you will get hooked and be a new 4stroke owner. I am sure they would love to make a deal on the Mt. They also have a Turbo HCR in their bag of tricks that is for sale.

One of these times we are going to have a blue bird day for a BBQ.
Hope to see everyone there.

Sounds like Mt. Baker Moto Sports is going to be giving away some money to who ever has the fastest sled.

The day breaks down like this.

11:00 - Fastest Non turbo sled
12:00 - Fastest turbo sled
2:00 - BBQ at the cabin
2:30 - Two drawing's

The race will be on the hill that drops off the back side of the meadows.
We should be able to run four maybe five sleds at one time. It will be bracket racing. So you have three shots before you are out.

Who's going to win? Make your predictions.

Event Details

Hey everyone it looks like we are going to have nice weather for our Barbecue on Sunday. The parking will be tight and the trail through the woods is a little rough, but the meadows should be great for family riding. I believe some of the Whatcom County Snowmobile Club members will help find some alternate trails to the meadows on Saturday before the ride.

We have some fun stuff planned so here is what we are thinking.

9:00-11:00 at the meadows we will have 2010 Arctic Cats for Demo rides including M8 HO 153" and 162" Sno Pros, Z1 Turbo EXT and M8 HCR PG Turbo.

11:00-12:30 We are also planning some other activities: Lets just say if you have a fast sled both non-turbo and turbo you will be intersted.

2:00 Barbecue at the Cabin at the end of the road.

2:30 2 Drawings for MBMS gift cards

Everyone is welcome to join us for a fun and exciting day on the mountain

Thanks,
Woody

Michael gets to race but he has to tow a weighted cargo sled behind him to make it more fair.

This short of race it could be anyone's race. I have heard there are a couple doo doo's that think they are fast.

Here is my prediction. Cats take everything!

That blue sled scares me. So does that red one. Maybe I am just getting old. Just like an old man slow and steady.
I will say I have the slowest sled on the Mt. But sunday when you are sitting ontop of the ridge and you look out to your left as far as you can see there will be a track going thru some rocks and straight over the top. That will be from me.

Those tracks might be yours, but they won't be your sleds. They will be from you walking out to get me to go retrieve your broken sled. And don't let the Blue one scare you it is just reliable and looks good.

Going to be interesting. Ok Woody I need NOS and a new turbo for the 1200. If I drop off my sled tomorrow can you have it all together by Sunday morning.:first:

Ok Robert you are breathing too much race gas now. I think I got Michael covered I got some new titanium piston return springs and some top secret high temp low friction fuel injector grease.
