I also have one on ours. It was installed when we bought it, but from what I can see, the Phazer bracket lines up perfectly with the stock headlight mounting bracket, so no modifications were necessary.
from memory the just clamp on if you keep bar height the same - only issue is the fairing can be a nuisance when adding oil as there isn't much clearance / room around the oil cover ... I added a riser to our sports so I had to modify the mount for the fairing but now bar position is more comfortable and more room around oil cover.
